Specialising in luxury, semi-composite yachts ranging from 23 metres to 36 metres in length, Canados Yachts is a distinguished name industry. Established in 1946 by a group of carpenters on an ex-hydroplane base, the group was commissioned by the Italian Navy, Coast Guard and Italian Harbour Master to build the vessels. With a legacy spanning more than seven decades, the yard took its first step in yacht building in 1953, when they were requested to build a yacht for the royal family of a Gulf Emirate. Since then, the yard’s offerings have expanded from an esteemed builder of wooden military vessels to its current range of high-performance luxury yachts. Situated in Rome’s historic port of Ostia, Canados Yachts currently offers three distinctive series: the Oceanic, the Gladiator and the Canados. Each series focuses on delivering a different experience, with standout models including the Gladiator 428 and the Canados 120 Caesar, both epitomising the yard’s dedication to luxury, performance, and innovation.
