Constructing luxury yachts that perform as good as they look since 1967, Dutch shipyard Van der Valk is built on the passion and enthusiasm of its founder Wim van der Valk, who remains a driving force behind the company. Solidifying its position in the market over the past five decades, Van der Valk first garnered international recognition with its cabin and aft-cabin design cruisers, which ranged from seven to ten metres in the 1970s, like the Valkkruiser, Comfort, Royal, Falcon and Super Falcon. A family-owned business to this day, Van der Valk offers a wide range of semi-custom and custom steel and aluminium vessels up to 45 metres. Based out of Waalwijk, the Netherlands, Van der Valk’s operations consist of five state-of-the-art production facilities and an office. The shipyard’s global fleet currently counts over 1,000 motor yachts. Van der Valk’s current offer of motor yachts is split across four categories: Raised Pilothouse, Flybridge, BeachClub and Explorer, next to its custom offering, all of which continue to benefit from the yard’s desire to push the windows of possibility and innovation.
